Whatever the reason, you can get an exchange or a refund. 
Return your order with the return form filled out and put the prepaid label on your package.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• For the holiday season, from November 15th to December 24th, exchanges or refunds are possible up to January 15th. For purchases carried out at another moment, the delay is 14 days. It is possible to exchange only once during the 14 days period. Thus, if an order contains more than one item to be returned, they must all be returned in the same shipment.
  
  
• Items must be unworn and with tags attached in their original packaging (watches must have the protective plastic film on the glass). All products will be inspected before any exchange or refund.
  
  
• FINAL SALE: gifts with purchase, charity products, earring backings, clearances, cleaning products, gift boxes and gift cards. These products cannot be returned.
  
  
• With your invoice, Mia stores accept exchanges and refunds of orders paid by Visa, Master Card, Amex only. Stores do not accept orders paid by Paypal, Sezzle or by electronic gift card.
  
  
  

EXCHANGE

• Before exchanging an online order, please fill out the return form included in your box. Then, use the return shipping label to return the order for an exchange.
  
  
• We will ask you to provide the style number of the products you want to us, in order to make the exchange.
  
  
• A new invoice will be emailed to you to confirm the new jewelry and pay the balance if applicable.
  
  
• Mia stores DO NOT accept online promo code discounts.
  
  
• Discounts applied on the original order can be used only once. They can't be applied again on an exchange.
  
  
• We do cover the shipping cost of returning the items to us for any exchange.
  
  
  

• Before returning an online order, please fill out the return form included in your box. Then, use the return shipping label to return the order.
  
  
• All items must be returned to get a full refund. If you return the qualifying purchase items without the free item, your refund will be reduced by the value of the free item.
  
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. A return fee of 7$ + taxes will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

Exchanges will be processed and refunds will be credited within to 3 working days of receipt of your package at our shipping center. Mia reserves the rights to refuse a refund or an exchange if any of those above conditions aren't respected.
